It looks like you moved your data directory to OneDrive, which you absolutely shouldn't do. Putting it in any cloud storage folder will corrupt your database, and that's what happened here.
You should move it back to the local drive immediately. You can then try the DB Repair Tool to recover your database or you can restore from a backup. (If you have version history on OneDrive, that'd be an option — you should check for that before moving the files off.)
