Upgrade Storageword 2016 Mac could not communicate with zotero?
I am trying to use Zotero with Word 2016 on my Mac and I am getting n error message when I try and insert a citation
"Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again"
I have Zotero online and desktop open - I have closed and reopened both applications- they are both upto date ... Any ideas what I might need to do to get them to work together?
