Add page AND line numbers to quotation

Is there any way for me to, as the title says, add the correct line number directly after the page number with the libreoffice plugin. Maybe I'm just too stupid to find the option, but it seems to me like I can only pick one or the other.

    Add the line number in the text box after the page number like this:
    [Page]: 123, l. 18
