No se me une el word con la nueva versión de Zotero

Hola,
¡Me estoy volviendo loca! Tengo un Mac y zotero versión 5 ya descragado y linkeado con internet. Me sale la ventana de zotero en word, pero cuando voy a citar me da error y me pone "word could not comunicate with zotero. please ensure that word is open and try again"
¿Que debo hacer?

    This would happen if you first ran Zotero from the disk image instead of dragging the app to Applications and running it there. (You would've gotten an error telling you couldn't run Zotero from the disk image, but the word processor plugins would already have been improperly installed.)

    If you temporarily install the latest Zotero beta, it should fix the problem for you. You can then switch back to the release version from the download page.

    Let us know if that works for you.

    Actually, sorry, the fix isn't yet available in the Zotero beta. It will be in a few minutes. I'll post again when it's available.
