Search for author

I really loved the feature in Endnote when articles were ordered by first author last name thet You could jump by pressing a letter (i.e. G so You jumped to authors which last name started with G).

Furthermore in the search box, I can only search for title creator year. Any way I can search for author or even better authors last name only

“Creator” includes authors (and editors, directors, etc.). When you sort on creator, you can type “G” to jump to names starting with “G” like you describe.
