Style Request: [International Journal of Production Economics]
Hello,
I tried to create the style myself, but I give up...
I either end up with a "IJPE.csl does not appear to be a valid style file.", or without error message, but without any change in the list of styles. I'm a novice, even in html and xml, so difficult to know where I'm doing wrong.
So, could you, please, create this style for me?
It is close to Harvard Reference format 1. Differences are as such :
Citation
- it is Author (Date), instead of (Author Date)
- between each author/editor, it is "text" (and) instead of "symbol" (&)
Bibliography
- sort by chronological order, instead of alphabetical (first citation appears first in the biblio)
- add numbers before, writen as such : 1.
- between each author/editor, it is a coma instead of "symbol" (&)
- never use "et al."
- never use italic font-style
- never use macro "access"
The guide for authors of the journal is there

§11 says:
The references in the text should follow the format Tu and Cheng (1998) or Karp et al. (1999)
References should be in the following style:
1. Tu, C.-C., Cheng, H., 1998. Spectral methods for graph bisection problems. Computers and Operations Research, 25 (7-8), 519-30.
2. Karp, R.M., 1992. Reducibility among combinatorial problems. In: Miller, R.E., Thatcher, J.W., (Eds.). Complexity of computer computations. New York: Plenum Press, 85-103.
3. Magazine, M., 1969. Optimal policies for queuing systems with periodic review. Dissertation, University of Florida, USA.
Thanks for all the work you've been doing, I really appreciate Zotero.

download the style using the raw link on the top right.
Note that I have not done this: I found the instructions unclear and checked journal articles, which have the bibliography alphabetical and without numbers.
See e.g. here
doi:10.1016/j.ijpe.2008.05.020
I'm also not sure you are right on the accessed macro.
I have left this as you requested, but the article as cited above does have a URL in the bibliography. I will probably fix this before putting it up.
Let me know if there are any problems
