Upgrade StorageZotfile Not Working with Zotero Beta 5.0.85
I'm new to Zotero. I installed Zotfile to this Beta version. Zotfile does not seem to follow any of the rules that I set for it for renaming files or for directing where Zotero should file downloads. I tried to direct downloads to my Google Drive, but instead the file downloaded to some deep file on my Mac hard drive. The file doesn't at all seem to pay attention to the renaming rules either. Furthermore, I have no luck extracting annotations; in fact, the option for extracting annotations doesn't even appear.
Can anybody tell me what could possibly be the problem? I tried to uninstall the Beta version and reinstall Zotero 5.0, but it won't let me uninstall because components of Zotero are running. I assume that this is the integrated connector for Safari, but I can't figure out how to disable it so I can uninstall it and try running Zotfile in Zotero 5.
