Problem syncing

Just reported: Report ID: 1299574426. MacOS: 10.15.3, Zotero Version: 5.0.85-beta.9+dd9ec54c3. Having been using Safari to download. Newly switched to Chrome. Thank you for your help.
  • The creator name ‘[…]’ is too long to sync. Shorten the name and sync again.

    If you receive this message repeatedly for items saved from a particular site, you can report this issue in the Zotero Forums.
    That's the message you're receiving, which you can see by clicking on the error icon next to the sync button. You'll need to do what it says.
