Upgrade StorageWord 16.35 crashing when using Insert/Add Citation Function
I hope someone can help troubleshoot this.
I looked at previous forums and they are pretty dated and I followed some of those suggestions and it's still happening.
I updated my Word and Zotero but each attempt to use "add/insert" citation results in Word and Zotero "not responding" and I have to force quit..

adomasven Zotero TeamIs it just Word or both not responding? If you go into Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors, do you see an option to reinstall the Word plugin? What version of macOS are you running?
