Not adding bibliography in Word 2011 (Mac)

I'm using Word 2011 for Mac and have the Zotero add-ins and extensions installed and enabled. It cites things just fine, but as I try to add the bibliography (when I use the "add bibliography" option from the Zotero menu in Word), it thinks for a moment before putting {citation} in the document. Often it also gives me a message that Zotero couldn't perform the function. Is there something I can do to get the bibliography from what I've cited rather than have to sort through it all manually?

Can you provide a Report ID after this occurs?

It does not work in a new document either, and now I don't even get to the {citation} part. It just never does anything. Doesn't even give me an error message.
But here's the report ID from Zotero, hopefully it explains whatever the last one was: 174145733
