Upgrade StorageWord cannot communicate with Zotero
The Zotero toolbar does appear in my word but when I try to add/edit citation and/or bibliography the following error appears: Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please assure that Zotero is open and try again.
I have tried to restart both word and zotero several times but it does not help.

adomasven Zotero TeamIf you close Zotero, go to your Zotero profile directory, and move extensions.ini, extensions.json, and the 'extensions' folder to your desktop, and then restart Zotero, does it work? (If any of those don't exist, that's OK.)
