After libreoffice crash, zotero icons are missing.

Debian bullseye, amd64. xfce
zotero 5.0.82
Libreoffice 6.3.2.2 build ID 1:6.3.2-1

How libreoffice crash happened.

libreoffice from xterm, suspended by ^z. (many other works),
then libreoffice from GUI (no response)
-- troubleshooting start
to make sure, another libreoffice from another xterm (no response)
found original xterm, then re-vitalize libreoffice by sending it to background
libreoffice opening icon shows up again and again... (endless loop?)
unable to kill libreoffice (new PID again and again ...)
libreoffice killed by 'xkill'

restart libreoffice - zotero icons are not on the toolbar, but in pop up (?) window
and while trying to reposition icons onto toolbar, I did something wrong.
icons are missing!

Then while following https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting this situation happened. I am posting here, as pop up window says.

    I also tried manual install, but unsuccessful.

    error message follows.
    add Extension(s):
    /home/userName/.config/libreoffice/4/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/lu93101oz7bq.tmp_/Zotero_OpenOffice_Integration.oxt does not exist.

    You should just delete the LO profile directory (or perhaps the cache directory within it, to start) and reinstall the plugin from the Cite pane of the Zotero preferences.

    Thanks, now libreoffice is back again.

    1. "deleting cache" did not solve.
    2. "deleting user" did solve, but several side effects. (default setting and history gone..)
    2.1 restore default, copy *.ott file (under template/ ) then set it as a default.
    2.2 restore history, use libreoffice

    Deleting ~/.config/libreoffice/4/user/uno_packages/cache works for me, and saves history and preferences.
