Google Docs Voice Typing shortcut same as Zotero Download citation shortcut

Control Shift S is the shortcut for turning on voice typing in google docs, and also for downloading a citation using the Zotero connector in Chrome. The Zotero shortcut dominates so it is hard to turn on voice typing in Google (which I do many times an hour). I can't see a way to change or disable the Zotero shortcut, not even going into advanced settings in Zotero standalone and changing it there works.
Is there any way to do this?

You can change the shortcut for any extension by going to the URL chrome://extensions/shortcuts in Chrome (or opening the Chrome extensions pane and clicking the menu in the top-left corner and choosing "Keyboard shortcuts").
