cant upload anything

worked till 2 hours ago, then zotero didnt work anymore. reinstalled the whole thing but didnt work either. My connection is available and on the current state, because group library with a partner an he can add and remove files. tried to upload from the connector, the internet site and the app, didnt worked out.

P.S.: i switched recentley to firefox browser; before i had chrome

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that fails?

sync doesnt fail. it just say "extra is null".

when i am opening a pdf in firefox i cant add it to my zotero library. but i cant add a URL site where i have found the pdf before.

We need a Debug ID for whatever operation you're doing when you see that message.
