zotero does not work

after I updated my windows 3 days ago, I tried to open Zotero, it does not work then I tried to remove it and reinstall it, still does not work. so I do not know what to do anymore. anybody who can help me

    You'd have to say more. What exactly does "it does not work" mean? What exactly is happening?

    I meant, if you open the program, the window of the program will appear then close immediately. the problem is actually now despaired after I recovered the whole windows build
