OO Style for footnote
I've run into an odd little problem since about March 2009 (I've been updating regularly; this may have appeared with 2.0a1. It is in 2.0a2). I'm using Chicago Style with full bibliography (with a local modification to replace ibids and opcits with short citations. I'd be happy to make it available with the rest of the CSLs once I'm sure that it isn't the source of this problem.) My normal footnotes are styled footnote, and my normal workflow is:
However, when I edit these footnotes that have just a citation in them, they change their style to footnote continued. That's a slightly more major inconvenience, but the real kicker is when I refresh my citations, any stand-alone citation gets changed. And when you are working on something big, that will drive you almost completely crazy.
I've looked at the CSL and don't see anything obvious, but I am open to debugging and fixing this iff no one is working on it and iff someone will point me to where I should start looking.
- Insert footnote from OpenOffice menu: A footnote styled as footnote appears at the bottom of the page
- Insert citation from zotero. The citation dialog appears and I do whatever for the citation.
- I click OK. The citation appears in OO but the style of the footnote is changed to footnote continued
- I change the style back to footnote
