I cannot see Zotero as an option at the top of my screen in word

Good afternoon. I have Zotero open and connected to word (I think!). However, in my word document, I cannot see Zotero as an option at the top of my screen, so am unable to click on it to access the option to insert citations/ bibliography etc. Any ideas? Many thanks!
