Installation on chromebook

Hi guys,

I'm getting stuck with trying to install on a chromebook.

Is there sometimes a clear manual? Totally not familiar with the Linux commands

EVerything seemed to work beautifully, until the last step. I entered the final command, and it says "unable to load package zotero"
