Can´t find Zotero add on at GSuite market

Check my video https://youtu.be/qeO3a6gJG1M, I live in South America. Can´t install Zotero add-on for Google Docs using new Google accounts. I´m using Windows 10 Enterprise v.10240 and Google Chrome Versión 77.0.3865.90

Any ideas what's happening? Thanks in advance.

    Zotero's Google Docs support isn't a G Suite add-on. It's added to the Google Docs interface automatically when you have the Zotero Connector installed, which you don't appear to. If you're using Zotero, you should already have both the Zotero desktop app and the Zotero Connector installed. They're both available on the download page.
