Retrieving library

My computer stop working and I thought that all my Library was stored online. But now when I go online to see my Library there's nothing. I have just a blank page. Have I lost all my data?

    What do you mean by a "blank page"? As in the whole page is literally just white, or you're seeing an empty library? You have data online, so you shouldn't see an empty library. If you're getting a blank page, what browser and browser version are you using?

    In any case, to get your online library data back in the Zotero app on your computer, you just need to set up syncing again and sync.
