Upgrade StorageUsing online Zotero library with a Word document
Hi,
I have previously used the desktop version of Zotero, but no longer have access to that computer. I synced my library to my online account, but now when I click the Add/Edit citation button in Word, nothing appears. I've never used the online library before. Is there something I should be doing to allow the Word plug in to access the online library? At first I got an error message saying it couldn't connect to Firefox, so I switched from Chrome to Firefox. Now there is no error message, but nothing happens at all when I click the button. Any thoughts?
