Upgrade StorageFile synch from PaperShip to Zotero
I uses WebDAV for file storage and this woks fine. When I use PaperShip to annotate the pdf files,
(1) The annotations can synchronize to Zotero at the first time;
(2) When I continue to make annotations another time, the desk Zotero software cannot receive this change. However, when I check the WebDAV server, the 'lastsync.txt' and '**.zip' files are new changed. The new annotations can be found in the pdf file after unzipping the zip file.
I'm confused since PaperShip has passed the annotations to the WebDAV server, why the desk Zotero software cannot find the change?
