Je ne parviens pas à importer des données dans zotero depuis excel ou word. Sous quel format je dois convertir les fichiers svp?

I'm trying to import data from excel field. I dont read nothing about import from excel, could you confirm that's not available ?

Excel or CSV aren't structured bibliographic formats, so there isn't any way that Zotero could reliably import data stored in an arbitrary Excel sheet.

Where did your data come from?
