First citation wrong in APA style

How can I fix the problem of first in-text citation being shown as "A, et al." instead of the proper full list of authors (A, B and C)? This is three author article, not five author. Thanks.

The rules changed in the 7th edition of the APA Manual; A, et al. is correct for the first citations with 3+ authors.
