Word could not communicate with Zotero

I have the same problem. In Zotero - Preferences - Word Processors I tried to «Install Microsoft Word Add-in». But it didn't work - I received the following error message (before zotero quit unexpectedly):
«Zotero Word for Mac Integration. Installation could not be completed because an error occurred.»
--> How can this be fixed?

@Marco_Grueter: Make sure you're using the latest version of Zotero, and then try the manual installation instructions.
