Upgrade StorageProblem with saving articles onto Zotero
I'm having a problem with the Zotero extension on Chrome and Firefox. After saving two pages of research articles, the Zotero extension on both browsers could show the following error: An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information. An error occurred saving with Embedded Metadata. Attempting to save using Save as Webpage instead."
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Zotero application and connector on both browsers, but I still run into the same problem. It takes me multiple attempts for about five minutes before Zotero would save the articles. This is very time consuming, as you can imagine this problem coming up every time after saving two pages of research articles. Any help? Thank you.
