Upgrade StorageError with Citations

Heya everyone! So every time I try and use zotero to cite I get the error message that “you must place the cursor in a Zotero citation to edit it”. This is after I push the button Add/Edit citation on my Microsoft word zotero tab. Any help? Tis desperately needed!!
