Can't find CMOS 16th edition style (note) WITHOUT Ibid
Hi,
Has the CMOS 16th edition style (note) WITHOUT Ibid has been removed from the Zotero repository? I see some CMOS styles in the 17th edition "with Ibid" but can't find one for the 16th edition. What I am exactly looking to do is to cite footnotes in the CMOS 16th edition style but without converting the subsequent footnotes into Ibid; instead, repeat the citation with Author last name, Short Title, page number.
Examples:
1. Morrison, Beloved, 3.
2. Morrison, Beloved, 18.
3. Morrison, Beloved, 18.
Can someone please let me know exactly which version of 16th edition do it for me? Thank you. :)
