Style Request - St Andrews School of History

Hi there, does anyone have this style or is able to create it? Last semester I was able to get away with using Chicago but I am afraid I won't anymore :(
EndNote has it, but I don't want to use it as I like Zotero much better. The full style requirements would need to be attached as it is not posted in an open page.

@kmlawson -- you're still not on top of this ;) ? Is this really necessary?
