Upgrade StorageTranslator issues - Firefox extension and Google Scholar
I have my standalone Zotero open. I'm trying to save citations from a list of citations on Google Scholar. I get the error that there is a translation issue. I have followed all of the troubleshooting suggestions, but nothing is working. I've been using Zotero for years; this is the first time I've seen this problem.
Here's the information from #14 on the troubleshooting list. I've tried everything else thee.
*The exact URL of a page that isn't working (even if none are):
No google scholar pages are working. Most recently, I was trying this one:
https://scholar.google.com/scholar?oi=gsb95&q=boyle&lookup=0&hl=en
*A Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for a save attempt or, if you're only getting a webpage icon, for loading the page.
Not sure what you mean. Perhaps the Report ID from when I submit the errors? That's: 1142979489
*What it says in the popup when you try to save (e.g., “Saving to My Library” or “Saving to zotero.org”)
I see the folder where the citation should be saved and the message: "An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."
The name of the translator from step 10, if applicable
