Chrome extension not redirecting through to my school library

Last semseter I was using Zotero to access journals on websites that I had access to through my school's database. A yellow bar would apear up at the top of my screen saying that Zotero was redirecting my request as a proxy or something (I can't remember the exact message but the feature was super handy). I could also just search something on google scholar and there would be a blue hyperlink beside journals I could access saying "access through duke library" (or something similar). This notification bar and similar features are no longer showing up.

I uninstalled and re-installed the plugin to no avail. Any ideas how to restore these features? Thanks!

When you first visit a proxied resource with the Zotero Connector it will automatically detect your proxy and offer it in the future. Each journal needs to be navigated to via the proxy manually before the Connector automatically offers the option. If you want to manually reload a website via the proxy, you can right-click on the Zotero Connector icon and choose Reload via Proxy option, as long as you have visited at least one proxied website with the Connector before.
