Problem APA (7th ed) citing in Word

I recently installed zotero for Word. When I used APA 7th, for any number of authors over 3 was, it changes to et al.

For example, for a citation that should be like this: (Smith, Fisherman, & Carpinter, 1990)
It comes immediately like this: (Smith et al., 1990)

Any advice to change this error ?

No, this is a change in the APA 7th edition manual. Citations now always use "et al." with 3+ authors, even at the first citation.

I have a problem, when I cite three documents, and two of the documents are by the same lead author. In the cite Zotero shows me the full name of that author, which is an error in Apa 7. e.g. (Jose A Aristizabal et al., 2017; José A Aristizabal et al., 2016; León et al., 2011)

the right form is: (Aristizabal et al., 2017; Aristizabal et al., 2016; León et al., 2011)


I have checked that the fields in Zotero are correctly filled out
