Upgrade StorageCitation Import Error
Hello, I'm working with a faculty member on importing references from her Zotero library into her word document and it's doing something very strange. Instead of importing the reference, it has a long code like sentence that goes into the citation location. It worked previously, but now this strange code keeps coming up.
It looks something like this: {"citationID":"RcAZbnk", properties";{"formattedCitation"://super35//nosupersub{}" (and it goes on like that with more info)
We've tried to refresh the link between the word doc and Zotero, but that didn't work. Do you have any suggestions of how to fix this?
