word doesn't comunicate with Zotero

I have the problem that my Word doesn't comunicate with Zotero
I had to download office 365
Couldt this be the problem? How can I resolve it?

    As dstillman asked in the previous thread that you posted on, please provide the following information:

    1) What Word version?

    2) Report ID from Zotero

    3) Size and date of the Zotero.dotm file in the Word Startup folder

    4) The full path to the Startup folder (OK to x out the username)
