Please refund

I just discovered you renowned my subscription without my permission. I want a quick refund since I am not using it as often as before.

  • Email storage@zotero.org with the details and they will be able to cancel the renewal and refund you. (When you sign up for a subscription, you would have been prompted to enroll in auto-renewal.)
  • Also, I usually get an email reminder well ahead even though I have auto renew on.
  • Yes, we send an email prior to any automatic renewal with a notification of the scheduled charge and instructions on updating your subscription.

    I was wondering if the charge plan is automatically renewed every year.
    I want to quit my charged service and just use the Free service.
    Could you guide me to transfer to the free service, 300MB?
