Upgrade StorageZotero Plugin Issues
Is anybody else having issues getting the Zotero Word Plug-In? I can't get them to appear and have tried all the troubleshooting. I also have been having issues with the Google Docs Plug-In? I teach Zotero to many different Senior Thesis classes on my campus and haven't been able to show the students how to use it all week.

Can you provide a Report ID and your Word version? Also let us know exactly what you've tried from the troubleshooting steps and what happened at each step, including specific file locations.
