citation text pop up on mouseover?

My department uses IEEE citations, but its easy to forget which number indicates which reference. It would be nice if one could set a pref for the reference text to pop up upon mouse hover over the number.

    You might consider switching to an author-date citation style while you are writing and then switch at the end.
