Upgrade StorageEmpty desktop library
Hello,
I am new to Zotero and am using macOS High Sierra (10.13.6).
A few days ago I installed the desktop version of Zotero. I added a number of PDFs from my files, and I added tags and notes. I later quit Zotero.
Today, I opened Zotero expecting to continue where I left off, only to find that my library was empty. I'm hesitant to re-import my PDF files in case this happens again..
Does anyone have any tips for what went wrong?

If you look in the 'storage' directory, do you see subfolders with modification times corresponding to your usage of Zotero from a few days ago, or is it empty?
