User account data lost with every new startup of Zotero

Dear Zotero team,

we are using Zotero in my company with a private library of approx. 30 members. It generally works fine, but one of my colleagues (and only one) has to enter her user account data anew every day after starting Zotero in order to synchronize with our library. Do you have any idea why Zotero does not memorize her data?
