Upgrade StorageStyle Request: [IJPDS]
Please could a style be added for the International Journal of Population Data Science? It is a version of Vancouver - except with square brackets for the intext citations and the journal requires a URL as well as the DOI.

@bweirnik I need the style to include the URL and date of access aswell as the DOI to meet the journal requirements. Does Sage Vancouver Brackets do this? Apologies if this is a stupid question - I havent tried to change styles before, and I spent a number of hours yesterday trying to sort it out myself with no joy.
