Journal of Mammalogy style is incorrect

The zotero style for journal of mammalogy is set so that all the author names are in a combination of small and large CAPS. They should capitalize only the first letter of the last name and the first initial of the first and middle name. https://academic.oup.com/jmammal/pages/General_Instructions#Manuscript Preparation

Last names are in small caps -- that's what the journal does in print and since the actual capitalization is as in the styleguide (small caps are just a font style) I doubt it'll make a difference to the production team how you submit. Have you gotten any complaints?

Hi,
We normally go by actual publications and use the pdfs for papers to check the reference format. Oftentimes the guidelines don't get updated.
This recent article shows the format we also generate with the citation style we have on the repository, i.e. small caps for authors.
