Upgrade StorageZotero est installé mais ne s'ouvre pas avec word
Bonjour
J'ai installé Zotero, crée ma bibliothèque et lorsque que j'ouvre word, j'ai bien l'onglet Zotero qui apparait mais.. quand je veux ajouter une citation , l'ordi m'indique" Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again." Zotero est pourtant ouvert
J'utilise word 16.32. Les étapes décrites dans les discussions précédentes ne sont pas adaptées.

If you go to Tools → Add-ons, is the Word plugin enabled? If not, enable it. If it already is enabled, try disabling it, restarting Zotero, re-enabling the plugin, and restarting Zotero again. Does that help?
