APA 6th, How to do Thesis Title Not To Be Italic and?

I need to change APA6th citation style not to be italic for thesis. How can I do?

Also published place not to be stated for thesis. But that information is available in Mendeley field. How can i make visible published place for thesis?

    What exactly is this for? The style does follow the APA manual (and editing is always a bit involved)
