Cannot upgrade my bibliography

Hello, recently I paid $20 to upgrade the Zotero bibliography and extend it since it didn’t allow to save more than 30 items. Anyway the storage is not extended, and there are 30 items as it was before. If I add an article it is downloaded to another item but the storage doesn’t become bigger. Can you help me with it?

    As I said via email, this is some sort of misunderstanding. You can save an unlimited number of items to Zotero. A storage subscription simply affects the amount of space you have online if you choose to use file syncing. The account you're posting from has a 2 GB storage plan but has never synced any data or files, so either you're syncing with a different account or a storage plan is completely irrelevant and you're experiencing some other sort of issue.

    Can you explain the exact problem you're experiencing, including what exactly you're doing and what's happening, with any exact error messages you're receiving?
