Upgrade StorageNo Quick Citation dialog box comes up in Microsoft Office Word 365 (32 bit)
I am trying to use Zotero in Microsoft Office Word 365 with Windows 10, but when I click on a new citation, no Quick Citation dialog box comes up. I can only insert the citation manually through bibliography function.
Could you teach me what is the problem and how I can solve this problem.
(I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the Zotero and reset several times but it did not solve the problem)
(I can still use Zotero and web page linkage function but I can not install information of the pdf files including titles, authors, issued years, automatically)

adomasvenDoes it work if you launch both Zotero and Word as administrator? Does it work if you create a new user account in Windows and try there?
