Zotero cannot add reference to a picture caption in Word

I added a picture with text wrapping into MS Word 365 and added a caption. Please note I used text wrapping so I can group the caption with the picture and in this case I prefer having the text wrapping around the pic. But Zotero refuses to add citation there.
