Upgrade Storage'Rename File from parent Metadata' has limited lenght?
The function works, but it seems number of symbols is limited? Am I righ? Or is it a bug?

adamsmithThe standard rename function truncates the title at 50 characters if that's what you mean. It can be changed https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/hidden_preferences but I'd be careful with that -- overly long filenames can cause all sorts of grief.
