Integration Error

I do not know if this ID helps you guys but the customer „service“ wrote back on my email I should post it here.

Facts:
MacBook Pro 2016 latest OS
Microsoft Word 365 latest Version
Zotero latest Version
(All done today and restarted many times)

Problem:
When trying to insert a new citation a pop up window coming up with the message:“ Integration Error“ (I do not know if this is the right term in English since my version is in German).

I tried to follow this steps (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/69143/zotero-integration-error-after-upgrading-zotero5) but it does not help at all..
