Error connecting to server. Check your Internet connection. Error ID 575964211

Zotero is not synching. I have followed this link (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/connection_error) but the problem persists. Any advice will be appreciated!
  • The steps on that page are all the things to try, and there's not much more we can suggest. You'll need to figure out, based on the suggestions there, what on your system or network is interfering with Zotero's ability to connect to the network.
  • Thanks! I connected my computer to a different network (my phone hotspot) and it synced. I then reconnected to the previous wifi and it was normal again.
