Is there a contact for Zotero representative?

Dear Zotero Community,

I am looking to introduce Zotero Cloud (with storage subscription) to our institution. However, as a part of our review process, we are required to contact Zotero's representative and inquire regarding the security of the platform.

Some of the questions include:
- With regard to the cloud service, is there any measure to prevent unauthorized access?
- Do you have any antivirus software installed on the servers that provide the services?
- Are the encryption algorithm used in your service included in CRYPTREC ciphers list?
- Is there any regular security inspection from a third party?

Please note that this is not a comprehensive list. I am still currently compiling the questions.

While many of these questions are partially answered in the FAQ and documentation, our procedure still requires a human contact. Is there a contact for Zotero representative? Should I just redirect these questions to storage@zotero.org ?
